It’s time to act decisively. Sever your aspirations swiftly—like a clean cut to the root. Interestingly, while closing your eyes is often linked to dreaming, research suggests that shutting them just before you take decisive action can be surprisingly effective.
Chapter 1.2: Ensure Complete Elimination
Unfortunately, mere action isn’t enough; dreams have a way of resurfacing. You must dismantle them thoroughly, drain all hope, and let them dry out completely. Once desiccated, store them away in a box, preferably in the basement of your childhood home. Avoid burying them in the ground—moist soil could inadvertently nourish their revival.
