Jumping Timelines

Last night, I sensed something was amiss. While I was encouraging a new acquaintance to embark on a transformative journey, she decided to change her routine and attend a painting class instead of her usual cross-fit session. I intended to join her, but my reiki session was already booked.

Just then, I received a message from my reiki practitioner, informing me he was unwell and needed to postpone. It felt like a clear sign from the universe.

However, when I arrived at the painting class, the atmosphere felt off. Even after we participated in a cacao toast to kick off the evening, my heart chakra felt blocked. After an hour and a half of unease, I told my friend I needed to leave.

The drive home was chaotic; my phone struggled to connect to the car, and the traffic was wild. It felt surreal, as if I was drifting through an alternate reality. I even had a vivid vision of visiting an old friend, where I appeared as a giant, unable to fit into their home, yet no one seemed to question it.

Clearly, I wasn't grounded.

Upon waking up, I felt much better, but another doubt crept in... Is my twin flame truly my twin flame? I began to question everything, not from a place of resistance but from a higher state of consciousness that prompted me to reflect: did he fulfill his role in my life, and is it time to move on?

Changing Up the Dog Walk

Usually, I walk my dogs Ozzy and Iggy in the same order, but this morning my intuition urged me to switch it up. Ozzy, a robust pit bull-boxer mix, often intimidates passersby, while Iggy, a pit bull-beagle, is eager for attention, pulling me towards everyone he sees.

As we strolled, I contemplated whether to steer clear of an approaching man to avoid Iggy's overzealous greetings. But curiosity prevailed.

The attractive stranger initiated conversation, remarking on Iggy's enthusiasm.

"What's his name?" he asked.

"Iggy Pup," I replied, surprised when he bent down to pet Iggy without incident.

Yes, I had definitely jumped timelines.

Continuing the Dog Walk

I couldn't shake thoughts of the charming guy. Did I truly remember him correctly? In my suburban neighborhood, I wandered down various streets, eventually finding myself on a new path.

About a mile and 30 minutes later, I turned a corner and—what a surprise!—there he was again!

"Hey! I forgot to get the mail," he called out, though he had nothing in his hands.

Did he somehow tune into my thoughts? I was baffled.

"Did you miss Iggy? Because he missed you!" I playfully flirted, despite my usual awkwardness in such situations.

He jogged across the street to greet Iggy once more, still looking just as attractive. Iggy, however, almost made contact inappropriately—close call!

"I just heard a song by Iggy Pop," he quipped, and I couldn't help but laugh at the universe's sense of humor.

Let It Be

No more delays; I'm ready to embrace my life here, in this new state far from home.

Why did I make this leap? One-third for work (which I’ve since left), one-third for myself (or so I believe), and one-third for my twin soul, even though we haven't spoken and he likely has no clue I’m here.

In truth, every decision led me to this moment for me—100% about my personal growth and new beginnings.

The universe has gifted me with endless possibilities, and for that, I express my gratitude.
