Chapter 1: Conference Overview

In this article, I will share insights from the TOA Global Transformational Conference that took place at the Sheraton Mirage in early November.

The event was an excellent experience, thanks to the warm hospitality of the TOA Global team. This organization specializes in outsourcing services tailored for accounting firms. Throughout this series of interviews, you'll hear from various clients, staff, and partners of TOA Global. Even if outsourcing isn't on your radar, the podcast offers a wealth of intriguing content, including an exclusive interview with the emcee, Kat Davidson, who provides valuable public speaking tips.

Nick Sinclair, the CEO of TOA Global, has a unique approach to his conferences. While the audience predominantly consists of professionals from the accounting sector, the topics discussed go beyond just accounting. Interestingly, there’s no formal agenda, which keeps attendees guessing about the next topic. Participants heard about building high-performance cultures, biohacking for personal wellness, sustainable business growth, and efficient business systemization. As expected, the event also featured a mix of motivational speakers. If you're curious, mark your calendars for TOACON 2024, set to take place at the Shangri-La Boracay from June 30 to July 2, 2024.

Chapter 2: A Special Moment

One particularly memorable highlight from the conference was the celebration of Nick Sinclair's grandfather's 90th birthday. Nick arranged for the legendary rugby coach, Wayne Bennett, to speak at the event, creating a touching moment as Wayne met with Nick's grandfather. This encounter was undoubtedly a cherished experience for everyone involved.
